How can I book a performance team for our school or organisation? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am having trouble doing an online pre-order payment <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If using a phone directly click onto the shopping cart icon<\/strong> and if you are using a pc\/laptop click onto the To Help icon<\/strong> on the top right corner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payments will only be done on a secure site so be sure to log onto  https:\/\/loss-ilahleko.org<\/a> when doing a payment and then go to the relevant icon. If you are still having troubles, please send us an email requesting banking details for direct eft payment info@loss-ilahleko.org<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click one of the icons leading to the shop \u2013 click add to cart \u2013 click view cart \u2013 click proceed to check out \u2013 complete your billing details and select either a direct bank transfer or a <\/strong>payfast payment <\/em><\/strong>\u2013 then click place order. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will then see that your order has been placed and you will be advised to use your order number as payment reference if you are doing an EFT. Domestic deliveries incur an additional charge of R112. International delivery charge is quoted based on location provided and quantity ordered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes. The loss-ilahleko team<\/em> will do its best to get you assistance based on where you are within the quickest time frame we can. We help with getting assistance by sending you the relevant contacts based on the details provided and we call ahead for you to ensure that they are available to assist. For example, there are different numbers for different cases including child abuse centres and helplines, women\u2019s abuse centres and helplines, alcohol, and drug abuse etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I send an un-commissioned poem or story to be published on the website? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, we will take in submissions throughout the year but will only publish at set times in the year. If you do not receive an email within one month of submission the piece will not be published, unfortunately we cannot reply to all submissions for those that will not be published in that year.  If there is no reply within the month the submission will not be published. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I send my personal real-life story to be published on the website? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, we welcome all non-fiction personal stories related to GBV and other stories related to loss from both women and children (girls and boys aged 13 to 18). We publish these on our HEAL tab because we believe writing has the power to help the writer and reader to heal. These stories can be published under the name you provide or under anonymity. We will publish content digitally using the names\/anonymous instructions provided. For a postal submission kindly send an email to request our postal address. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can I help this organisation? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We rely on donations in order to print our book which is given for free to school going children, youth, and vulnerable women that we visit along with care package products. We also rely on donations to pay our performance staff, social facilitators, transportation, and administration costs to go to the schools and women we visit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can help in one of three ways: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Buy a copy or copies of the book and with each purchase you assist us to reach more people.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Sponsor a page on the website and in the book and become a partner. If your organisation firmly stands against GBV and is willing to sponsor a page kindly contact us. We also invite companies and motivational speakers to join us during our visits to motivate the kids through career advice; information about funding\/scholarship\/internship and work opportunities or just a motivational speech from someone who is passionate about uplifting women and children. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. You can also make an in-kind donation<\/em> by supplying our care package products. We would be thrilled for you to sponsor any products that we can put into our care packages and these may be directly supplied by your team.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    All sponsors are valued and given recognition through various platforms. We invite companies and organisations to also attend one of our visits to be a part of the change.  Take time out to understand Gender-Based Violence whether through a visit to one of our activations, reading the book, in-depth research and reading up online, talking to someone who you know has been needing to talk and or is willing and ready to talk; or you can contact any NGO to educate yourself.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
